A CENTURY+ OF
DEVELOPMENT

Founded in the Danish harbour city of Esbjerg in 1899, Valsemøllen A/S has evolved into a modern milling group with three state-of-the-art mills located throughout Denmark. With around 130 employees and an annual turnover of approximately EUR 100 million, we produce grain, flour and oat products for the food industry, foodservice, bakeries and retail.

Our portfolio includes traditional flours, oat flakes and oat flour, mixes, concentrates, improvers and a variety of grains and kernels. Building on these products, we develop innovative bread and grain concepts in close collaboration with our customers — always aiming to be their preferred professional partner.
